Teachers should be paid on how much their students learn.

Nowadays teachers in Germany are not paid as well as 20 years ago.
The question is, should teachers be paid on how much their students learn?
In my opinion there are several reasons to support this.
One major aspect is the motivation of the teachers. Because when teacher get only paid for their successful work, they will encourage more. For example in belgium teachers get rated by their students every year.
Another advantage is the improved learning of the students. As teachers are more motivated to teach their students, they will benefit from a better lecture or course. If you compare your different teachers you had in school you will see a connection between how motivated the teacher was and how much you learned form him.
Further this will also help to get rid of the so called black sheeps. Because if a teacher is not motivated enough and it does not concern him, if his students learn enough, he will recieve much less money and as a result he either has to improve or change his job.
In conclusion there are a lot of benefits for paying teacher only for what they teacher their students. Not only it improves the knowledge of the students but also helps to improve the quality of the general education.
